Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Digital Technical Product Manager (DTPM) focused on International P&C Digital Experience (UK & Europe). This person will lead the strategy, discovery, and delivery of international Property & Casualty (P&C) digital experiences, with an initial focus on the UK and European markets. This role will be key in building digital self service capabilities internationally where they do not currently exist, aligning them to the mature U.S. experience (e.g., proof of insurance, coverage changes, policy servicing).
The DTPM will own the product vision and roadmap, partner closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders, and deliver secure, scalable, customer centric digital solutions across multiple platforms. Define and drive the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for international digital P&C experiences. Lead product discovery using User Centered Design and Design Thinking methodologies. Translate business and customer needs into clear product requirements and technical solutions. Partner with engineering teams to deliver multi platform digital products in an Agile environment. Optimize and enhance digital experiences to improve KPIs and KRIs while managing risk and compliance. Ensure alignment across stakeholders, suppliers, and international markets.

Required Skills & Experience
• 7+ years as a Digital or Technical Product Manager, owning end to end product delivery.
• Property & Casualty OR insurance domain expertise, with hands on experience in policy servicing, claims, billing, or account management workflows.
• Experience building or scaling digital products, gathering data, driving measurable engagement, adoption, and conversion outcomes.
• Strong technical fluency—comfortable collaborating with engineers, reviewing APIs, shaping system designs, and translating business needs into executable requirements.
• Experienced in human centered design, applying discovery, user research, journey mapping, and usability testing to guide product decisions.
• Skilled in defining measurement frameworks (KPIs, funnels, engagement metrics) to track performance and inform prioritization.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Prior product ownership in regulated insurance environments, especially digital policy servicing (endorsements, payments, documents, coverage changes).
• Experience supporting UK or European insurance markets, including regulatory or localization considerations.
• Background at USAA, Progressive, GEICO, or similar carriers with large scale digital platforms.
• Comfortable producing detailed product requirement docs and API specifications for engineering execution.
• Foundational GenAI knowledge, especially practical use cases (customer self service, document understanding, decision support).
