REMOTE- Integrations Support Lead

An employer is looking for an Integrations Support Lead to sit remotely. You will primarily be tasked with leading hands on support efforts related to the client?s Azure and Workday integration... More environment. Currently there are 5 team members supporting these integrations, 3 on the Azure side, 2 on the Workday side. You will act as a point of escalation for the team, doing a deep dive/ root cause analysis for repetitive issues and partner with development to determine resolution. You will lead related projects in this space and provide day to day leadership to the other team members. You will provide updates to leadership and enhance any technical documentation for the environment to continue to enhance/ mature their support processes/ best practices.
