Insight Global is seeking a hands-on PeopleSoft Administrator to provide technical support across PeopleSoft Student, HR, Payroll, and Finance environments. This role focuses on day-to-day system... administration, environment management, automation, and operational stability, while also supporting upgrades, cloning, and larger project initiatives. The ideal candidate has strong technical depth in PeopleSoft administration, Linux systems, Oracle databases, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and can operate independently with minimal ramp-up time.- Provide day-to-day system administration support for PeopleSoft Student, HR, Payroll, and Finance modulesPerform PeopleSoft patching, upgrades, environment maintenance, and refreshes- Manage PeopleSoft environments across development, test, and production- Support application server administration within PeopleSoft and Linux environments- Troubleshoot and resolve PeopleSoft, server, and integration issues- Execute server management tasks including cloning, patching, upgrades, and replacements- Build and maintain automation scripts and workflows to improve operational efficiency- Document system configurations, administrative procedures, and operational runbooks- Manage ticket intake, prioritization, and workload through ITSM tools- Support project execution, timelines, and deliverables alongside the Enterprise Applications and ITS teams- Ensure system reliability, performance, and operational readiness within OCI-hosted environmentsPay $85-93.5/hrWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
