Job Responsibilities: ?Handle security exceptions related to secure feature initiatives and KPIs?Manage compliance processes and ticketing workflows for service teams?Participate in team meetings and capture meeting notes?Open, manage, and close tickets within Microsoft?s internal ticketing system?Communicate cross-functionally to resolve security exceptions?Track findings and contribute to trend analysis and reporting?Manage and triage exceptions to security policies (SPPs) based on operational risk?Support teams through exception handling and risk determination processes?Drive program/project schedules and deliver regular status reports?Develop and implement methods to track and manage compliance findings $100/hr to $105/hr.Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
