Job Description

A client of Insight Global's is seeking an Associate Product Manager, Reporting & Analytics, to support the strategy, development, and delivery of enterprise reporting, dashboarding, and analytics solutions. This individual will partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, prioritize initiatives, create user stories, and help deliver reporting products that drive informed business decisions. The ideal candidate has experience working in product management, business analysis, reporting, or analytics environments and is passionate about data-driven decision making.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
2-5 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Reporting, Data Analytics, or a related function
Experience gathering, documenting, and translating business requirements
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and business requirements documentation
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and participation in Agile ceremonies
Strong communication skills with the ability to work across technical and business teams
Experience supporting reporting, dashboarding, or analytics-related initiatives

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Cognos, or similar business intelligence tools
Familiarity with Databricks, cloud-based data platforms, or data warehousing concepts
Experience supporting executive reporting and dashboard development
Understanding of KPI creation, measurement, and reporting
Experience measuring product adoption, business impact, or reporting effectiveness
Experience working with Data Engineering, Data Integration, or Analytics teams
Exposure to enterprise data governance practices
Experience supporting cross-functional stakeholders across Finance, Marketing, Sales, or Operations teams
