Bend rebar to specified angles and radii using manual and/or machine bending equipment, following approved drawings and shop tickets. ? Cut straight rebar bars to precise lengths using shear cutters or saws; verify each cut against the specified dimension before releasing material. Quality Control ? Inspect each bent piece for dimensional conformance (angle, radius, leg lengths) using tape measures, angle gauges, and templates. ? Verify cut bars for straightness and length accuracy; reject and re-cut any pieces outside tolerance before they enter a bundle. Bundling & Labeling ? Count out the correct quantity of pieces per bundle per the work order; double-count each bundle before securing. ? Apply accurate, legible labels to each bundle including part number, bar size, length/bend designation, quantity, and date; verify label data matches the work order. Material Handling & Housekeeping ? Move rebar stock and finished bundles using proper lifting techniques, hand trucks, or forklift. ? The Incident Manager is responsible for coordinating the resolution of technology and application-related incidents, ensuring the right support teams are engaged and issues are addressed efficiently. This role serves as the central point of communication during incidents, leading bridge calls, coordinating stakeholders, and driving issues through resolution. While not expected to be hands-on technical, the individual should have enough understanding of Unix/Linux environments and application support processes to effectively manage incidents and communicate with technical teams. We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Drafter to support the rapid development of advanced manufacturing equipment used in TRISO fuel production and microfluidic processing systems. Working closely with senior engineers, this individual will convert evolving concepts, CAD models, and engineering sketches into clear, accurate, and manufacturable drawing packages that enable efficient fabrication and assembly. The role requires strong SolidWorks proficiency and a practical understanding of machining, welding, fabrication, sheet metal, and manufacturing processes so that potential manufacturability concerns can be identified before drawings are released. Responsibilities include generating detailed part drawings, weldment drawings, assembly drawings, fabrication packages, and bills of material; applying GD&T principles and appropriate tolerancing practices; maintaining drawing revisions and engineering documentation; participating in design reviews; and supporting multiple rapid design iterations as equipment evolves. The ideal candidate comes from a production-focused environment where speed, accuracy, and practical manufacturing judgment are valued over lengthy documentation cycles and highly regulated approval processes.
