This role supports the Personalization and Deployment team within the Marketing LOB in executing targeted and automated communications across multiple channels, including Email, SMS, Push Notifications, and Direct Mail. The position collaborates cross-functionally with teams such as Engagement, Data Engineering, IT Marketing, Loyalty, Market Research, and Creative to bring marketing strategies to life. The role also contributes to campaign management efforts within the Customer Marketing group, helping to advance the annual roadmap. Some of the key tasks and day-to-day responsibilities include:? Interpret marketing segmentation strategies and campaign goals from requirement documents and translate them into actionable workflows using marketing automation tools.? Execute, monitor, and manage multi-channel campaigns (Email, SMS/Push, Direct Mail) within the marketing automation platform.? Maintain project timelines and task lists using project management tools to ensure deadlines are consistently met.? Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to define and secure necessary data, creative assets, and business requirements for effective targeting and segmentation.? Develop and distribute weekly performance reports to leadership and cross-functional teams.? Document process updates and maintain training materials for the Personalization team.? Lead internal and external meetings focused on campaign development, execution, and personalization initiatives.? A client of Insight Global’s in Colorado Springs, CO is looking for a Top-Secret Cybersecurity Engineer – ISSO to join their team! Responsibilities: ? Develop and provide RMF Assessment and Authorization (A&A) documentation in accordance DoD, NIST, and other governing documents ? Maintain the current, approved Authorization to Operate (ATO) for assigned system. Gather and/or develop any needed A&A artifacts. Update artifacts as required ensuring that they are current and document findings in the approved Risk Management Framework (RMF) or similar A&A documentation format provided? Assist with monitoring and the implementation of security controls ? Experience with incident management, response, and response coordination ? Gathering artifacts/data to support cybersecurity metrics and reporting? Understanding of cybersecurity tools (ACAS, Trellix ePO, Elasticsearch) and verification of operation in accordance with requirements? Perform accurate and verified risk assessments that cover all of the security controls and policies for key stakeholders? Track, monitor, and manage the information system?s Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&M) and provide technical assistance as required? Analyze, verify and update PPSMs as required for programs ? Provide artifacts that support the maintenance of security packages? Evaluate NIST 800-53 controls for applicability, generate implementation statements, and get implementations approved ? Prepare documents in support of Control Validation Tests (CVTs) to confirm compliance of ATOs submitted for RMF packageThis is a 6 month contract-to-hire position, onsite full-time in Colorado Springs, CO the salary range for this role is between $110,000-130,000/yr depending on years and level of experience, education, and certifications.
