Commercial Construction Superintendent Job Description: A Superintendent directs the work flow of the project on site consistent with the project schedule and safety and quality standards. The Superintendent provides leadership and serves as the liaison between project team members to promote the interest of both the business and clients in all matters, as well as demonstrate the characteristics of a mid-level leader. The Superintendent communicates project priorities to site staff and all subcontractors, serving as the primary leader on site for the construction project. This role will support the successful integration, stabilization, and adoption of a vendor developed, home grown frontend application. Acting as the frontend technical owner on the client side, this individual will troubleshoot how the application functions end to end during build, testing, and deployment, ensuring consistent behavior across development, test, and production environments. Responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving UI, data flow, configuration, and integration issues; supporting frontend integration with backend services and APIs; assisting with environment setup, configuration validation, and release readiness; and partnering closely with the vendor?s engineering team to identify root causes and validate fixes.
