This role functions as both the Project Manager and Finance Lead responsible for integrating newly acquired clinics into standardized financial, operational, and banking processes.Focused on M&A integration, systems alignment, and cross-functional coordination, this position ensures clinics transition smoothly into the organization?s corporate controls, reporting structures, and financial workflows.Key ResponsibilitiesFinance & Accounting IntegrationLead end-to-end financial integration for newly acquired clinics.Transition legacy accounting processes into corporate standards, including invoicing, AP, reporting cycles, and internal controls.Align operational and financial workflows with corporate systems.Oversee closure of legacy bank accounts and migration to standardized banking processes.Project & Change ManagementManage multiple acquisitions concurrently in a fast-paced environment.Drive cross-functional meetings, integration timelines, and deliverables.Support change management efforts and clearly communicate expectations to clinic operations teams.Stakeholder CoordinationPartner closely with clinic operations to ensure smooth integration.Collaborate with internal teams such as Doctor Pay, AP Lead, Finance, Systems/IT, and Banking.Coordinate with external stakeholders related to banking, legacy systems, and acquired clinic leadership.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Insight Global is seeking a Senior Accountant, M&A on behalf of a leading healthcare organization. This role supports financial due diligence and post-close transaction accounting across the company?s clinic acquisition portfolio. The Senior Accountant will perform detailed financial analysis, support closing mechanics, and ensure continuity between diligence findings and post-acquisition reporting.Working closely with the Director of Finance, M&A and Corporate Development, this position plays a hands-on role in executing multiple transactions within a public-company operating environment.What You Will Be Doing:Conduct detailed financial analysis, including revenue and COGS testing, margin analysis, expense normalization, trend evaluation, and working capital and net debt calculations.Prepare diligence models and draft comprehensive due diligence reports summarizing key findings and proposed adjustments.Perform revenue-to-cash validation, including reconciliations to source system data.Support the preparation of closing statements and working capital calculations, ensuring alignment with financial provisions in purchase agreements.Track earnouts and contingent consideration, assist with purchase price allocation, and maintain acquisition accounting schedules.Provide audit documentation support and prepare structured financial transition packages for integration teams.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. One of the our leading companies in the entertainment industry, is looking for an AP Clerk to Join the Accounts Payable team. This means being a part of a dynamic environment where your contributions directly impact the success of over 22,000 high-profile events and projects that include concerts, music festivals, and sporting events around the world. Day-to-Day Responsibilities:Team Support: ? Efficiently handle emails and online systems in a paperless environment. Ensure invoices are directed to Standard America for processing.Queue Management:? Manage the approval queue for invoices. Obtain necessary approvals and forward them to the AP Manager for final review. Once approved, the AP Manager will send them to the accountants for further processing.Manual Checks:? Oversee the AP queue for various types of checks, including invoices, road checks, event checks, and taxes for different entities.Percentage Breakdown:? Invoice Processing: Dedicate 70-80% of the day to processing invoices.? Cash Work: Allocate 10% of the day to handling cash-related tasks.Collaboration with Other Departments:? Accounting: Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions. This includes providing necessary documentation and resolving any discrepancies.?
