Lawrence Dearth Named President of Global Growth 

Insight Global is excited to announce that Lawrence Dearth has been appointed as President of Global Growth. In this newly established role, Dearth will lead the strategy and execution of Insight Global’s staffing and services expansion beyond North America. 

With a track record of placing over 60,000 consultants annually across a wide range of industries for over 3,000 customers, Insight Global continues to build its international presence. In 2024 alone, the company’s placements spanned 45 countries. Dearth will oversee the continued expansion of Insight Global’s sales, recruiting, and operations teams outside of North America, ensuring the company’s world-class service reaches even more global customers and consultants.

Dearth, who has been with Insight Global for 15 years, brings extensive experience in recruiting, sales, and leadership to his new position. Since 2019, he has served as President of Recruiting at Insight Global, overseeing 1,500+ professionals, including professional recruiting, digital channels, consultant engagement, and the company’s international staffing program. Under his leadership, Insight Global has established a strong international presence, with over 1,200 active consultants working in more than 40 countries outside of North America.
