Insight Global’s Women’s Leadership Council Raises $60K+ for Breast Cancer Research  

In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Insight Global’s Women’s Leadership Council (WLC), a proud partner to Susan G. Komen, fundraised over $60,000 during the month of October to support breast cancer research, education, and prevention.  

Since 2020, Insight Global has raised over $300,000 for breast cancer research through localized fundraising initiatives. This year, 59 Insight Global offices participated in breast cancer awareness fundraising and over 1,263 employees registered for Susan G. Komen walks across the U.S.! 

Breast cancer is the leading cause of cancer death in women across the world and 1 in 8 women in the U.S. will be diagnosed in their lifetime. As a company that is 70% women, Insight Global is proud to help create access for more women to have life-saving treatment.  

Donations made to Susan G. Komen not only support breast cancer research, but also patient support, advocacy, and education for communities without access to equitable healthcare.  

The WLC was founded in 2019 to further Insight Global’s commitment to the strategic advancement and retention of women in leadership roles. Since its inception, the WLC has played an active part in supporting the company’s philanthropic missions including annual fundraising for Breast Cancer Awareness Month as well as supporting the company’s Be the Light Fund through its annual Women’s Week celebration in honor of Women’s History Month. 

In total, the WLC has raised over $78,000 for philanthropy in 2024 so far.
