ATLANTA, GA – February 1, 2022 – A leading staffing agency Insight Global announced today that they have won the Best of Staffing Client and Talent Awards for providing superior service to their clients and consultants. Presented in partnership with Indeed and Talent.com, ClearlyRated’s Best of Staffing® Award winners have proven to be industry leaders in service quality based entirely on ratings provided by their customers.
In 2021, Insight Global received it’s best-ever NPS score from their current and former consultants of 55.3%, and a high NPS score of 73.9% from their clients, which is significant compared to years prior. These numbers are the result of companywide efforts to improve the consultant experience, ultimately impacting their customers’ experiences.

To help improve and track NPS scoring, the company has made an investment in growing and appointing Consultant Engagement Lead positions across the country who put an emphasis on the consultant experience through their trainings, communications, touchpoints, and feedback loops with their internal teams, clients, and consultants.
