Expansion broadens the Family Foundation’s mission of providing financial assistance to the company’s employees and consultants around the world facing unexpected financial hardships
ATLANTA, GA — September 29, 2026 —Insight Global, a talent, consulting, and AI company, today announced the expansion of the Insight Global Family Foundation (IGFF), extending access to financial assistance for its employees and consultants facing unexpected hardships in six additional countries: Canada, Colombia, India, Mexico, the Philippines, and the United Kingdom. Rooted in We Take Care of Each Other, one of the company’s five Shared Values, the expansion helps bring Insight Global’s culture to life as it grows its international presence. This investment also reflects the company’s ongoing commitment to its people and the communities where it operates.
Established in 2020, the IGFF has provided financial assistance to eligible employees and consultants in the United States facing unexpected financial hardship. Now, even more of Insight Global’s people worldwide will be eligible to receive this kind of support.
“Tragedies are never predictable, but the way Insight Global shows up for its people in those moments is,” said Jenny Sabo, Senior Vice President of Communications, Benefits, and Impact at Insight Global. “Extending the IGFF’s support to our international community is one way we can demonstrate that no matter where our people are in the world, we will have their back.”
The expansion took effect this summer and awarded its first international grant earlier this month, highlighting the global impact and need for this additional reach.
