Position OverviewInsight Global is seeking a Content Lead to support one of our retail clients’ Digital Marketing Experiences (DMX) organization. This role will lead end-to-end digital content production for high-visibility campaigns, categories, and business initiatives while serving as a strategic partner to Marketing, Creative, Production, and Publishing teams.The ideal candidate is a seasoned Digital Producer with exceptional organizational skills, strong stakeholder management capabilities, and a passion for building efficient, effective content production processes.Responsibilities?Lead end-to-end digital content production across multiple campaigns, business priorities, or category portfolios.?Partner with Digital Marketing stakeholders during campaign intake to develop content execution strategies, timelines, and delivery plans.?Serve as the primary cross-functional and agency point of contact across Marketing, Creative, Production, and Publishing teams.?Serve as the subject matter expert for digital content production workflows, campaign intake processes, and execution planning.?Drive alignment across stakeholders to ensure campaign objectives, requirements, and deliverables are clearly defined and executed.?Develop, manage, and oversee workback schedules, timelines, dependencies, production milestones, and resource planning activities.?Develop upstream content production plans and ensure campaigns are appropriately resourced to support successful downstream execution.?Leverage Airtable and related workflow tools to drive campaign visibility, resource planning, and delivery management.?Partner early with Creative and Marketing stakeholders to ensure campaign resource needs, dependencies, and timelines are established well in advance of execution.?Proactively identify risks, remove blockers, and resolve production challenges to keep campaigns on track.?Provide strategic guidance and rapid issue resolution to ensure uninterrupted delivery across multiple campaigns and business priorities.?Establish and optimize scalable content production workflows that support efficient, high-quality execution.?Guide and mentor Content Coordinators while creating consistency across campaign planning and execution.?Provide strategic recommendations around process improvements, resource planning, workflow optimization, and team effectiveness.?Champion operational excellence and ensure campaign deliverables meet business objectives, quality expectations, and timeline commitments.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. This role will serve as an extension of the Digital Marketing team, partnering closely with Marketing, Creative, Production, and Publishing teams to bring digital campaigns to life across owned channels.The ideal candidate is highly organized, collaborative, operationally minded, and comfortable navigating fast-paced environments with multiple concurrent projects.Responsibilities?Participate in campaign intake and briefing sessions to understand business objectives, audience needs, and digital content requirements.?Partner with Digital Marketing stakeholders to translate campaign strategies into actionable content execution plans.?Coordinate end-to-end digital content production workflows across multiple campaigns and owned digital channels.?Orchestrate digital production work across the broader Digital Marketing ecosystem, managing activities from campaign intake through publishing handoff.?Serve as a primary cross-functional and agency point of contact, driving proactive planning and alignment throughout the content production lifecycle.?Collaborate with Creative, Production, and Publishing teams to ensure content deliverables are aligned, tracked, and delivered on schedule.?Develop and maintain project plans, workback schedules, timelines, and documentation.?Utilize Airtable and other workflow management tools to track campaign intake, timelines, dependencies, and content readiness.?Serve as a key point of contact for cross-functional partners, proactively communicating risks, dependencies, and status updates.?Help shape digital content journeys and content execution plans that support broader campaign objectives.?Ensure content and deliverables meet business requirements, quality standards, brand standards, and production specifications prior to publishing handoff.?Maintain project documentation, workflow standards, and process documentation while supporting evolving ways of working.?Support the implementation and evolution of new digital content production processes and best practices.?Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying efficiencies and opportunities within existing workflows.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. This role is responsible for managing employee accommodation requests that have escalated to our team by our third-party administrator. Additionally, this role engages with employees who have questions regarding leave of absence or time away from work.- Support operations of reasonable accommodations under the Americans with Disabilities Act as Amended (ADAAA), working alongside our third party co-sourcing partner.
