Bonus structure: Paid out quarterly based on operating profit. This is a 2x position. I.E. if the bonus was 20% – this position would get 40% of quarterly wages.Job Description: The Account Manager is responsible for managing customer relationships and serving as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams. This role combines commercial account management with technical problem-solving to support business objectives, customer satisfaction, and program execution.Responsibilities? Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts.? Manage customer schedules, quotations, forecasts, and commercial activities.? Translate customer requirements into actionable items for engineering, operations, planning, and quality teams.?
