Remote OCM Specialist

Our client is seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Specialist to support the rollout of a Microsoft Dynamics-based field operations platform. This is a hands-on role focused on end-user adoption, training development, communications, testing, and user readiness. The ideal candidate is a strong executor who can create high-quality deliverables and drive successful adoption of technology solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute training, communication, and user adoption plans.Create end-user training materials, job aids, quick reference guides, FAQs, and knowledge articles.Facilitate virtual and instructor-led training sessions.Partner with IT teams, business stakeholders, and SMEs to translate technical functionality into user-friendly content.Support QA/QC and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts, including documentation of results and issue tracking.Manage stakeholder engagement activities and monitor adoption progress.Utilize Azure DevOps to track work items, testing activities, and project deliverables.Maintain SharePoint content and support organizational readiness initiatives.Compensation: $60/hr to $65/hr. Field EngineerData Center Construction ProjectPosition SummaryThe Field Engineer supports day-to-day construction operations on a large-scale data center project by serving as a key link between the field and project management teams. Electrical Project EngineerData Center Construction ProjectPosition SummaryThe Electrical Project Engineer supports the planning, coordination, execution, and delivery of electrical systems on large-scale data center construction projects. This role works closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, electrical subcontractors, design teams, commissioning personnel, and client representatives to ensure medium-voltage, low-voltage, power distribution, backup power, and critical electrical infrastructure systems are installed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with project specifications.The ideal candidate possesses strong technical knowledge of electrical construction and is capable of supporting procurement, documentation management, field coordination, quality control, and commissioning activities in a fast-paced mission-critical environment.Key ResponsibilitiesElectrical Project CoordinationSupport the management of electrical construction activities from preconstruction through project turnover.Coordinate with electrical subcontractors, engineers, vendors, and field teams to ensure successful project execution.Assist with planning installation sequences and construction
