This Oracle EBS Analyst will play a crucial role in back office improvement initiatives for a subsidiary of a large innovative storage solutions. This person will be engaging with users to optimize day-to-day operations and enhance proficiency around the ERP system. Responsibilities will include managing change request tickets, providing check-in updates on design, and writing SQL reports. You will need to have a comprehensive understanding of Order to Cash (OTC) and Pay to Procurement (P2P or PTP) processes, as well as the broader scope of supply chain impacts on upstream and downstream modules. Position Overview: The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Salesforce platform, with a focus on the Financial Services Cloud. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and business analysis skills to ensure the platform meets the evolving needs of our organization.Key Responsibilities:Salesforce Administration: Manage and maintain the Salesforce platform, including user setup, profiles, roles, customization, and data management.Financial Services Cloud Support: Provide specialized support for the Financial Services Cloud, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.Business Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.Configuration and Customization: Customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, and workflows to meet business requirements.Data Management: Ensure data integrity and accuracy through regular audits, data cleansing, and validation.Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in using Salesforce features and functionalities.Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into key business metrics.Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues related to the Salesforce platform.Compensation:$40/hr to $43/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
