Insight Global is assisting a client in finding Remote Telecommunicators for a high-volume call handling first escalation inbound environment. This is a contract to hire opportunity. The individual will serve as a trusted first point of contact, actively listening with empathy to assess caller needs while helping to de-escalate emotionally charged situations. Responsibilities include collecting and accurately documenting essential information to support intake, triage, and care coordination, as well as clearly explaining next steps, setting expectations, and providing guidance or pre-arrival instructions when appropriate. The role also involves identifying and responding to urgent situations, including potential life-threatening risks or concerns of self-harm or harm to others, and escalating appropriately to ensure safety. Insight Global is seeking Product Design Leads to join one of their financial services clients in New York City, Pittsburgh (PA), or Lake Mary (FL). The individual will be responsible for leading hands-on design execution and strategic direction across complex platform initiatives. The role combines user-centered design, research, and cross-functional leadership to help upgrade and improve enterprise applications, with a strong focus on dashboard efficiency, usability, and platform consistency. The lead will work closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to define design needs, develop concepts, and delivery high-quality user experiences that align with enterprise standards and branding. This is a hybrid role requiring 4 days a week onsite.
