? Maintain and update project schedules in Primavera P6 for projects supporting 600?800 field technicians.? Participate in daily kickoff calls to review progress, discuss completed work, and align on upcoming priorities.? Monitor schedules, track milestones, and work with project teams to keep work on track.? Meet regularly with field and project leaders to gather updates and resolve scheduling issues.? Enter and maintain project data, generate schedule reports, and communicate key updates to stakeholders.? Coordinate with construction managers, field engineers, and technicians to ensure schedules accurately reflect project needs.? Key Responsibilities?Implement, manage, and enforce the project?s Accident Prevention Plan (APP) and Activity Hazard Analyses (AHAs).?Conduct daily site safety inspections in accordance with USACE EM 385 1 1 standards and maintain all required documentation.?Lead daily Safety/Toolbox Talks and facilitate weekly safety meetings.?Identify, document, and mitigate jobsite hazards; ensure corrective actions are completed promptly.?Maintain safety logs, training records, equipment inspection reports, and incident documentation.?Monitor subcontractor safety performance to ensure full compliance with Federal and project specific safety requirements.?Assist with incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective action plans.?Coordinate with the Quality Control Manager and Site Superintendent regarding risk mitigation and field operations.?Enforce proper PPE use and adherence to all safety procedures.?Serve as the primary point of contact for safety matters with the Government (USACE/NAVFAC) and internal project stakeholders.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Insight Global is looking for two AutoCAD Technicians – one that would be going onsite to our clients Cameron, Louisiana location 50% of the time and one that will be supporting the work out of their Hallam, Nebraska location. For the Lousiana role we are looking for someone that has AutoCAD/drafting experience, someone out of college that studied this would work or someone with prior experience in the construction field would work as well. These technicians would be working with the survey crews learning the work to see how things are being built in order to take that paper outline and put it into CAD.
