Electrical Superintendent

?Resource Management: oPlan and supervise Assistant Superintendent (on larger projects) and/or craft activities such as, determining method of construction, workforce levels, material quantities equipment, temporary power sources, work schedule and documenting actual hours worked. oMaintain liaison with other departments such as Material Control, Purchasing, Quality Control, and Engineering to ensure all required materials, equipment, inspections, support craft activities and project schedule.?Project Planning and Strategy: oCoordinate assigned work with the work of different crafts, company departments, or other contractors.?Risk Management: oAssist the Labor Relations Department in maintaining communications with unions, resolving jurisdictional disputes, requisitioning required workforce, and as necessary the labor approach for the projects assigned. oMonitor craft compliance with project safety program requirements; document and ensure corrective measures are implemented.?Team Leadership: oMaintain liaison with engineering, estimating, and planning to ensure work complies with drawings, specifications, and schedule. oExperience assisting in resolving construction problems such as lack of productivity and work interfaces is required.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
