This SDET will be working for a global hotel chain. They will be testing and programming for front end applications in Java and Playwright. They need hands on Java Development, doing threading and using the gradle build system. They use a newer product called Applitools which is a visual comparable testing tool through automation which allows them to take screenshot comparisons of images when testing. They will test the front end sites heavily focused on responsive design. They will look at resizing pages for different platforms (how does the site look when it?s on the whole screen vs. minimized or with a smaller screen/different platform). They will manipulate the front end of the website to do this. This person is coming in for a 6-12 month contract duration, but please note that if you are a high performer who goes above and beyond, it is likely to convert or continue to get extended.
