Day to Day:? Serve as the primary point of contact for fleet maintenance issues from initial write-up through full resolution? Receive and review vehicle issue reports from supervisors and determine next steps for repair? Create, manage, and track work orders from initiation to close-out, ensuring timely follow-through? Proactively contact, schedule, and coordinate vendors to diagnose and repair fleet vehicles? Request repair estimates, facilitate approvals, and coordinate authorized repairs? Monitor repair progress, follow up with vendors, and address delays or issues as they arise? Communicate clear and consistent status updates to supervisors and operations staff? Confirm completed repairs, close out work orders, and notify supervisors when vehicles are ready for service?
