Communication of Creative Strategy & Stewardship of Brand StandardsoYoull utilize exceptional design skills and demonstrate innovation in evolving concepts and designs and, where needed, effectively communicate creative concepts and a vision for how a project will progress from start to finish. oIn addition, youll stay connected to the head of Global Brand Creative, other Brand Creative counterparts, to maintain a working knowledge of Brand priorities, creative direction, and market presence. Internal Team Slide/Document DevelopmentoYoull work closely with the Communications Leadership Team to create and refine necessary team strategy documents.A typical week might include building a creative vision and direction for heritage month employee programming, helping to build the presentation for All Team Meetings, helping to update the creative look and feel of HQ in Boston. As EC Designer, you will play a pivotal role in building the creative content that drives storytelling for our diverse workforce to position the company as the most inspiring company for employees.$30/hour to $35/hour Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
