Job Description
We’re looking for a Visual Web Designer for an external customer-facing website then expand into loyalty/customer retention initiatives once the web work is established. This role is ideal for someone who can think about the full customer journey while also executing high-quality designs in Figma. This is a cross-functional role where you’ll partner with marketing, product, and engineering to create engaging, easy-to-use digital experiences that drive customer engagement and repeat business.
Design visually compelling, user-friendly interfaces for a customer-facing website
Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs in Figma
Partner with product, marketing, and development teams to bring designs to life
Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and optimized for performance
Maintain and evolve design systems, components, and brand consistency
Support the transition into loyalty program design, including customer journeys, rewards experiences, and engagement features
Use user feedback and data to continuously improve design decisions

Required Skills & Experience
- Background in visual design (typography, layout, color, branding)
- Understanding of UX principles (user flows, usability, accessibility)
- Proven experience designing customer-facing websites or web applications
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma (design systems, prototyping, components)
- Ability to create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
- Strong understanding of customer behavior and how design impacts engagement and retention
- Experience working cross-functionally with product, marketing, and engineering teams
- Ability to provide a portfolio
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience with application or product design (mobile or web apps)
- Familiarity with loyalty or rewards programs and retention strategies
- Experience supporting high-volume consumer or retail environments
- Understanding of content-driven and marketing-focused web experiences
