To act as the Owner?s representative to oversee aspects of the energy storage system including site work, installation, status reporting, safety, quality control, startup, commissioning, testing and project close out (note the Owner will contract a turnkey EPC, this role will oversee the EPC and OEMs on the Owner's behalf). Employees in this role manage and report on construction turnover, pre-energization, commissioning, and performance testing work performed by contractors and/or vendors at the project sitesParticipates in safety program and audits? Performs detailed system quality control inspections for completeness of installation vs. install manuals, engineering specifications and drawings and maintain detailed punch-list? Performs system walkdowns for mechanical complete prior to turnover or energization? Creation of and management of energization plans? Oversee the EPC and OEM commissioning procedures, status, and compliance? Assist in troubleshooting commissioning anomalies as the primary SME owner?s representative? Preparation and review of project close out and testing documents? Reporting daily, weekly, and monthly on progress, indicators, and recovery plans to upper management? Interfaces with project's designated management committees or third parties, and acts as lead Company representative of project activities? Substation testing third party management? Substation energization? Metering testing? ISO/GIA/PPA commissioning process management? Review all Purchase Power Agreement and Interconnect Agreements to develop guidelines for performance testing?
