Requests include provisioning of accessory hardware, software deployments, deskside support break/fix and conference room equipment support. Responsible for installation, configuration and ongoing support of desktop computers, peripherals, and video conferencing equipment. They will be responsible for tracking corporate end user technology assets throughout lifecycle and maintain CMDB records accordingly Actively participates as a resource on IT projects and may be called on to contribute to efforts, such as computer deployments, OS upgrades and migrations, infrastructure upgrades, application upgrades, technology lifecycle refreshes and continuous improvement efforts.they will performs computer imaging, configuration, profile migration and software deployment using deployment tools such as Microsoft Intune and contribute/maintain currency for documentation of standard operating procedures and knowledge base.
