Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Field Systems Engineer to support trouble and diagnose autonomous vehicles. We are ooking for a skilled engineering with minimum of three years of experience with in-vehicle testing and troubleshooting electric or hybrid vehicles.
This person must have experience with ETAS, INCA, CAN communication tools and be able to flash ECUS. This role requires 70%+ of travel to testing facilities in the United States.

Required Skills & Experience
• Experience: 3+ years of hands-on vehicle engineering experience in EV or ADAS/Autonomous environments
• Diagnostic Tools: Expert-level proficiency with:
o ETAS INCA (ECU reprogramming and flashing)
o Vector or ETAS tools for data logging
• Communication Protocols: Deep understanding of:
o CAN (Controller Area Network)
o LIN (Local Interconnect Network)
o Automotive Ethernet
• Vehicle Systems Knowledge:
o Strong familiarity with High-Voltage (HV) Electric Vehicle systems
o Power distribution architectures
o Electronic control modules (ECMs)
• Data Analysis Skills:
o Proven ability to record, analyze, and interpret complex CAN traffic
o Troubleshooting expertise in:
Vehicle Control systems
Chassis systems
Electrical systems
