Insight Global is looking for a Working Superintendent to join one of our engineering and construction clients in the tri-county area of South Florida. The Working Superintendent manages day-to-day... onsite operations for healthcare renovation projects and select corporate builds, overseeing subcontractors and internal crews while coordinating schedules across all trades. The role is 80% focused on communication and coordination?ensuring all trades work together seamlessly, managing inspections with city, county, and state authorities, and maintaining strict compliance with healthcare, safety, and building code requirements?while 20% is performing hands-on construction/carpentry work as needed. The superintendent interprets construction drawings and specifications, tracks progress and documentation, manages materials and ordering to keep projects on schedule and within budget, and maintains a strong eye for detail in active, occupied environments.
