Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) Physiatrist for a musculoskeletal-focused physical rehab practice starting August 1. This physician will focus on conservative, non-narcotic pain management through physical therapies, interventional injections, and in-clinic procedures.
The role includes a mix of clinic-based patient care and procedural work, with approximately 1.5 days per week of in-house procedures. The physician will manage musculoskeletal conditions using modalities such as facet blocks, LESIs, epidural injections, and PRP injections. EMGs and electrodiagnostic studies are a plus.

Required Skills & Experience

MD or DO
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R)
PM&R board certification is required
Will see patients in clinic and perform minor procedures
Experience with non-narcotic pain management approaches
Ability to perform interventional injections (facet blocks, LESIs, epidural injections)
Minimum 2–4 months of clinical experience
Seeking a long-term position (not interested in short-term/assignment-based work)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Sports Medicine background (board certification not required)
Experience with PRP injections for joints
Experience performing EMGs / electrodiagnostic nerve studies
Fluoroscopy experience
Comfort with broader interventional pain procedures
