Technical Field Advisor, (TFA), is a working field service consultant responsible for maintaining quality standards of the Client field service work, self-performing warranty repairs, environment,... safety, and the overall performance of crew / contractors on field projects. The TFA is the primary on site guide in assembly, service, and repair of transformers and other work at an electrical substation or power plant. The TFA is responsible for the successful execution of projects, both technically and administratively.
