The Implementation Analyst will be responsible helping this company meet... and exceed client expectations by supporting consumers on our best-in-class HR software and services. They will be on a team of 4-6 people.? Configure benefits enrollment sites via company's proprietary platform? Test client sites to ensure proper functionality and quality? Import data into system using excel/comma delimited templates? Audit large datasets using excel formulas (VLOOKUP, CONCATENATE, etc) Implementation Process:Phase 1: Discovery and collecting requirements -- cloning the site, pulling together documents, client will send plan documents and legal paperworkPhase 2: Requirements process: take clients documents and translate, adding logos, site theme to match clientPhase 3: When requirements are done: you will get handed requirements documents, navigate the screens, building plans (configuration)Phase 4: Writing test plans, script baseline to follow and show variations of classes and ratesWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
