Key Responsibilities:?Travel Coordination: Arrange and manage travel plans, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.?Meeting & Event Logistics: oConfirm agendas, secure meeting rooms, and ensure necessary equipment (e.g., projectors) is available.oOrganize team dinners and coordinate restaurant reservations.oManage hotel room blocks for events and conferences.?Project Support: oTrack workstream status reports and follow up on deliverables.oSupport evergreen projects and assist with IT Town Hall preparations (4 scheduled).?Administrative Tasks: oUtilize Microsoft Outlook and Teams for scheduling and communication.oMaintain budget tracking and expense reporting.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
