It is expected that this person works on-site in Tempe 5 days a week, but there is some flexibility with working from home one day a week. An Insight Global customer in the semiconductor industry is looking to hire a part-time HR Coordinator to join their growing Arizona team. This person will be responsible for scheduling interviews... and meetings and successfully completing onboarding procedures as the company expands their operations. Most of the job will focus on scheduling for now as the team hires new team members, but as the team scales, more onboarding tasks will take over this person's schedule (submitting and tracking background checks, consistent candidate communication, paperwork completion, confirming orientations, etc.). Insight Global is looking for a Project Scheduler/Planner to join our client on a 9 month contract. The Project Planner/Scheduler partners closely with project managers and engineering leaders to... develop, maintain, and control baseline project schedules, including integrated resource planning and cost estimates. This role is responsible for collecting, updating, and analyzing schedule data to produce accurate project status and financial progress reports, while performing detailed analytical reviews to identify trends, correlations, and potential anomalies that may impact project execution. The Planner/Scheduler prepares clear and concise schedule narratives that effectively communicate project progress, risks, and forecasted outcomes to stakeholders. Ensuring compliance with established company scheduling standards and operating procedures is critical, as is performing Earned Value Management (EVM) analysis and generating performance reports to monitor cost and schedule health. The role also maintains strict quality assurance and quality control processes across all assigned schedules to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and reliability throughout the project lifecycle.
