Job DescriptionA client of Insight Global is seeking an Integrated (Lead) Test Engineer to support the validation of complex warehouse automation and material handling systems. This role is focused... on leading and executing integrated system testing across mechanical equipment, controls, and software to ensure performance, throughput, and functional requirements are met prior to customer handoff.This is a hands-on, self-directed engineering role requiring experience with mechanical systems, controls, and end-to-end system validation, including rate and functional testing. The ideal candidate has direct exposure to warehouse environments and understands real-world supply chain and distribution challenges.Key Responsibilities? Lead the development and execution of integrated test plans across mechanical systems, controls, and software (WCS/WES)? Perform rate testing and throughput validation to ensure system performance meets design specifications? Perform functional testing (use case validation) to confirm systems operate as intended across warehouse workflows? Validate automated equipment such as conveyors, sortation systems, ASRS, and robotics in an integrated environment?
