Job Description
• Participate on a project team of engineers involved in hardware development and testing.
• Define system-level Design Verification Test procedures.
• Perform complex system-level unit and integration testing.
• Debug and mitigate complex system-level issues.
• Collaborate with hardware design, software/diagnostic, and manufacturing test engineers to develop and execute product test strategies.
• Develop test scripts, execute testing, and drive issues to resolution for successful manufacturing release.
• Leverage automation to improve test coverage and productivity.
• Document test plans, procedures, and reports.
• Support field issue root cause analysis and customer escalations.

Required Skills & Experience
• BSEE/CE with 0–1 years of experience.
• Hands-on experience with electrical test and measurement equipment.
• TCL, Python, or similar scripting experience (mandatory).
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Strong hardware and script debugging skills.
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals, routing, switching, VLANs, and VRFs.
• Understanding of hardware architecture and OSI networking concepts.
• Familiarity with Fiber Optics and Ethernet cable test infrastructure.
• Experience with traffic generators such as Ixia and Spirent.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced lab environment.
• Certifications such as CCNA or CCNP are a plus.
• Self-motivated with a strong problem-solving mindset and "can-do" attitude
