The RBT assists in the developmentand implementation... of a variety of behavior plans, monitors and collects data, and collaborateswith the classroom and therapeutic staff to model and coach the implementation of behaviorplans.Using best practices in behavioral support and social skills training, the RBT works directly withstudents to promote skill acquisition, enhance skill performance, reduce interfering behaviors,and facilitate the generalization of pro-social behavior. The RBT also brings their behavioralexpertise into daily classroom and therapeutic support, working as an integral member of theteaching and clinical team.RESPONSIBILITIES:Specific duties include:1. Clinical Duties:? Assist with the implementation and monitoring of Behavior Plans and skillacquisition programs under the close, ongoing supervision of a BCBA.?
