Insight Global is seeking a JLVC Systems Engineer to support a federal client in Suffolk, VA. This team focuses on modernizing the Joint Live, Virtual, and Constructive (JLVC) training environment by... integrating new simulation technologies into real-world joint force and combatant command exercises. They work closely with operational users and technical stakeholders to test, prototype, and insert emerging capabilities into live training events, making sure new tools actually support how the military trains and operates. Support the integration of modernization initiatives into JLVC supported Joint Force training and CCMD exercises.? Collaborate with the MITT team to provide technical insight and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.? Maintain situational awareness of emerging training technologies, including simulations, models, and tools, and assess their applicability to JLVC environments.? Facilitate stakeholder engagement to ensure modernization efforts incorporate operational user feedback and requirements.? Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of technology insertions into live, virtual, and constructive training events.?
