Conduct battle rhythm application monitoring; troubleshoot and resolve application issues, software conflicts, and client-server or web application failures; install, configure, patch, and update Windows Server 2016/2019 applications.? Install, configure, and support IIS and web applications; troubleshoot application technologies including RHEL, Apache, Tomcat, and others; apply DISA STIGs to web servers and websites.? Manage COTS, GOTS, and custom-developed software applications.? Coordinate with GNOSC Watch Officers, Event Team, and Mission Support Team personnel to ensure site, service, and application outages or degradations are properly escalated, managed, and communicated through resolution.? Coordinate Mission Support schedules to ensure CIO assets are aligned with event requirements and integrated with operations personnel.?
