Conduct scenario planning to evaluate risks and opportunities related to demand shifts, attach-rate changes, promotions, and supply constraints. Manage inventory to weeks-of-supply (WoS) targets, balancing in-stock objectives with excess inventory risk and vendor lead-times. Develop and execute purchase plans to support forecasted demand, inventory targets, promotions, and product transitions. Support new product introductions (NPIs), end-of-life (EOL) transitions, and other product life-cycle planning activities across the Accessories portfolio. Submit vendor forecasts and lead vendor calls to support supply alignment and continuity. Prepare and deliver weekly reporting on WoS, inventory health, forecast performance, risks, and opportunities to support business decision-making.
