Insight Global is searching for a Business Continuity Professional with 6+ years of experience to join one of their large financial services customers. This person will partner across various lines... of business and be responsible for assessing and strengthening the firm?s business continuity management (BCM) program. They will work closely with stakeholders to understand business processes, recovery capabilities, and mission-critical functions, ensuring appropriate recovery objectives (RTO/RTC) are defined and achievable. This professional will conduct assessments and gather data to refresh and uplift BCM documentation, strategies, and overall program maturity in alignment with regulatory expectations (including agencies such as ASIFI and the Federal Reserve). They will support annual testing efforts, including tabletop exercises, and play a key role in ensuring the business is prepared to maintain operations during disruptive events.
