This role oversees ~50 staff across nursing, lab, imaging, and... respiratory, driving patient flow, quality outcomes, and regulatory compliance. The manager will lead supervisors and support staff, partner cross-functionally, optimize workflows, and contribute to strategic growth initiatives, including a future expansion site.
