Job Description
Seeking an experienced Emergency Department Nurse Manager to lead operations for an 18-bed, 24/7 off-campus ED in West Boca. This role oversees ~50 staff across nursing, lab, imaging, and respiratory, driving patient flow, quality outcomes, and regulatory compliance. The manager will lead supervisors and support staff, partner cross-functionally, optimize workflows, and contribute to strategic growth initiatives, including a future expansion site. Strong operational leadership, financial acumen, and the ability to manage a broad, evolving scope are critical.

Required Skills & Experience
Active RN license (FL or compact)
Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN)
5+ years of leadership experience in acute care (ED preferred)
Experience managing 24/7 operations, staffing models, and KPIs
Strong cross-functional leadership (physicians, ancillary departments, etc.)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
NE-BC or CNML (or willingness to obtain within 2 years)
Experience in off-campus / freestanding ED environments
Epic experience or involvement in Cerner → Epic transitions
Oversight of lab, imaging, or ancillary services within ED scope
Strong financial and strategic planning experience (budgeting, 3–5 year outlook)
