Insight Global is seeking an experienced Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Manager to lead and optimize the revenue cycle operations for a high-volume healthcare walk in center. This role requires a... strong strategic mindset, deep expertise in Medicaid insurance programs, and a hands-on, problem-solving approach. With approximately 80% of the payer mix being Medicaid, this individual will play a critical role in ensuring financial sustainability, compliance, and operational efficiency. General responsibilities could include:?Oversee and manage the end-to-end revenue cycle, with a primary focus on back-end functions including eligibility, credentialing, claims, coding, billing, collections, and light denial management?Lead and manage a team of 7-10 individual contributors within the back-end revenue cycle, providing accountability and performance management?Ensure coding accuracy (including appropriate use of modifiers), and step in as needed to resolve complex coding or billing issues?Oversee Quality Assurance across revenue cycle components, including credentialing, payer selection, eligibility verification, and claims submission?Monitor team and practice-level productivity metrics and KPIs, ensuring targets related to cash flow, AR days, and first-pass claim acceptance are met?Serve as the subject matter expert for governmental payers, specifically Medicaid?Analyze trends in payments and payer behavior?Act as a strategic, high-level problem solver, partnering with clinical leadership, operations, and finance to align revenue cycle processes with patient care deliverySalary will range between $70-90k with a 10% bonus.
