The Program Manager plays a role in facilitating Agile ceremonies, planning of releases, removing impediments, providing guidance, and supporting Agile teams, as well as, modeling and promoting Agile values and principles. Your Day to Day: A servant leader who enables teams to self-organize, self-manage, and deliver via effective Lean-Agile practices. Facilitates all sprint ceremonies within the Scrum Framework ? Daily Stand Up, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Backlog Refinement, Mid-Sprint Review, and Retrospectives.Ensure team understands the purpose and principles to all Scrum ceremonies, ensuring team is value focused throughout each iteration.Acts as a change agent to support continuous improvement of the team and optimize delivery.Develops and implements continuous improvement plans.
