Insight Global is hiring a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) for an innovative women's health and wellness practice in Beverly Hills. This is a unique opportunity to join a patient-focused practice... that blends traditional women's healthcare with cutting-edge wellness and longevity services, including IV therapy, vitamin injections, and preventive care.Schedule- Monday?Wednesday & Friday: 8:00 AM?5:00 PM- Closed Thursdays and weekendsWhat You'll Do- Prepare, stock, and maintain exam rooms, equipment, and clinical supplies- Room patients, obtain vital signs, and accurately document medical histories- Perform phlebotomy (blood draws), specimen collection, and lab processing- Assist physician during patient exams and in-office procedures- Document patient encounters and maintain accurate EMR records- Educate patients on wellness services and treatments- Communicate follow-up instructions and support an exceptional patient experience- Maintain a clean, organized, and patient-centered clinical environmentCompensation & Benefits- $26?$30/hour based on experience- Flexible scheduling to support work-life balance- Ongoing training and professional development- Exposure to innovative wellness technologies- Collaborative and supportive work environmentBenefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
