A client of Insight Global is looking for a RF Test and Development Engineer to join their team of 7. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing test methods and equipment... to support RF and digital hardware programs. The position involves troubleshooting and supporting RF and digital hardware, improving First Time Through Test Yield (FTTTY), and ensuring on-time hardware deliveries. The individual will analyze test data to identify early yield trends, compile and interpret results, and define required changes to test equipment, test procedures, manufacturing processes, or new test requirements. Working closely with design engineering, manufacturing, and program teams, the role supports hardware improvements, root cause and corrective action development, and yield target maintenance. Additional responsibilities include supporting and training test technicians, participating in program meetings to report yield performance and investigation findings, and interfacing with manufacturing management, production engineers, system engineers, and program management. The successful candidate will possess a working knowledge of RF theory, digital circuit design, strong analytical and communication skills, be self-directed and team-oriented, and have experience using Microsoft Office tools. Compensation: $43/hr. -- 47/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
