This role blends product leadership, business analysis, and delivery execution, requiring hands-on involvement in defining requirements, writing detailed user stories, and partnering closely with business stakeholders for validation and sign-off. The Product Manager/Owner will collaborate with developers, architects, and engineers to guide solution design, estimate feasibility, and support delivery across RPA, AI, Agentic, and web-based automation products.In addition to delivery leadership, this role has an outbound, growth-focused component?actively identifying new automation opportunities, engaging stakeholders across lines of business, and building strong relationships to drive adoption and value. Responsibilities include defining and maintaining a value-driven automation roadmap, establishing KPIs, developing ROI-based business cases, and continuously refining priorities based on performance, impact, and evolving business needs.
