We are seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to be the first engineering hire on a growing technology team that will scale over the next year. This role is ideal for a seasoned backend-focused software... engineer with strong Python experience who enjoys building core services, infrastructure components, and data pipelines from the ground up. You will work closely with the current engineering lead, who is temporarily covering all aspects of system design and implementation, and play a key role in establishing backend foundations, engineering standards, and delivery patterns.
