Insight Global is seeking a Technical Writer to support a top enterprise client in the healthcare/retail space during an organization-wide rollout of Claude and AI-powered tools. This individual will... play a critical role in driving adoption by translating technical concepts into clear, engaging, and actionable content for a broad internal audience. The ideal candidate is an experienced technical writer who can partner closely with engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders to create high-quality documentation, communications, training materials, and enablement content. Familiarity with AI platforms, LLMs, and Claude is a strong plus, though this role is not hands-on engineering. This person will help ensure employees understand how to use AI tools safely, effectively, and confidently as part of their day-to-day workflows.
