The role will involve assisting with SOW negotiations and finalization, followed by leading the EMR implementation, from inception through deployment. The Project Manager will work closely with the Hospice practice area to ensure alignment, accuracy, and stakeholder satisfaction, while holding the EMR vendor accountable for agreed-upon timelines and deliverables. In addition, this role will partner with internal IT teams to ensure proper data migration and system integrations, all while maintaining strong change management practices throughout the implementation. More The CIS will be traveling to hospitals across the Midwest region to train on proper use of the product. You will work directly with the Sales Manager of your region to schedule the implementations, train the doctors and nurses on usage, conduct follow-ups, and solve any issues that arise within the implementation period. This position requires considerable travel throughout the Midwest, about 75-90%. It also requires flexibility on weekends and evenings. There will be times where you have to conduct an implementation for evening or early morning shifts. When not traveling to hospital sites, you will be working remotely.
