Support client service and planning work by preparing materials and helping with follow-ups.? Communicate with clients by phone and email in a professional, friendly manner (comfort on the phone is important; we?ll help you ramp up)? Help keep client documentation accurate, organized, and consistent within established compliance-sensitive processes.? Assist with marketing efforts (content development, social media, and coordination for events/webinars).?
