A customer is seeking an onsite Delivery Lead. - Responsible for managing offshore delivery for highly complex, enterprise-wide IT programs consisting of multiple projects. - This role ensures... alignment between program execution and broader strategic initiatives while driving successful delivery through strong governance, planning, and stakeholder engagement.- Lead and manage multiple, highly complex IT programs and projects, ensuring successful delivery against strategic objectives- Orchestrate cross-project efforts to achieve overall program goals, maintaining governance controls and delivery standardsPlan, implement, and monitor program schedules from inception through deliveryDefine, maintain, and report on program roadmaps, status, risks, issues, dependencies, and success metricsIdentify, assess, and actively manage program-level risks and mitigation strategies- Coordinate projects and manage interdependencies across workstreamsManage and allocate resources effectively across multiple projects and offshore teams- Build and manage program budgets; continuously seek opportunities to improve cost, performance, and delivery timelinesFacilitate communication and coordination across project teams, leadership, and key stakeholders- Drive stakeholder engagement, alignment, and satisfaction throughout the program lifecycle- Maintain awareness of industry trends, business conditions, and internal processes that may impact project or program success- Can pay $50-55/HWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
