Lead and manage all commissioning activities for large-scale simple cycle and combined cycle power generation projects.? Develop and execute commissioning plans, startup procedures, and turnover schedules.? Coordinate commissioning resources including field engineers, technical advisors, subcontractors, and OEM representatives.? Partner closely with construction, engineering, and project management teams to support project execution and successful system turnover.? Ensure commissioning activities are performed safely and in compliance with site safety programs, LOTO procedures, and company standards.? Monitor project schedules, commissioning milestones, and budget-related deliverables.? Review engineering drawings, specifications, FAT documentation, and test procedures to identify and mitigate startup risks.? Lead daily commissioning meetings and provide routine project status updates to stakeholders.? Manage punch lists, turnover packages, system documentation, operational logs, and commissioning records.? Support performance testing, troubleshooting efforts, and final owner turnover activities.?
